| 1. 3D Design/Samples for quotation | According to 3D drawing or samples for quotation. |
| 2. Negotiations | Including the price of molds, molds sizes, material
for cores & cavities, weight of product, part cost, payment,
mold lifetime, delivery, etc. |

| 4. Making mold(moulds) | Receive 3D model, start to do part DFM analysis, mold flows and
mold detail agreed
with the customer, start production. |

A: We will submit the quotation in 24 hours if getting detailed
information during working days. In order to quote for you faster
and save your time, please provide us the following information

4) Quantity (per order/per month/annual)

Q3: What’s the MOQ?
We do not have the MOQ requirements, 1pcs quantity is also
feasible, we will quote you the sample cost for it.
Q4: What should we do if we receive defective products?
A: If received the defective products, please send us the photos,
we will feedback to our engineers and QC departments, then will
held a 8D Meeting to discuss and solve the problems ASAP.
Q5: How does your products packing?
A:
1).For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first,and
then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack
into fumigation wooden case.
2).And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or
as per customer’s request to pack.
